Before entering the SELAH™ Certification Course, please read and acknowledge the following agreement in full.
By completing the confirmation form below, you agree not to copy, share, record, teach, or distribute any portion of the SELAH™ Method, its materials, or related intellectual property without written consent from Mane Ink LLC.
This agreement ensures that every certified stylist is recognized for completing authentic SELAH™ education and helps protect the integrity of the brand and training system.

Non-Disclosure Agreement
1. Purpose This Agreement is made between Mane Ink LLC (the 'Disclosing Party') and the undersigned stylist (the 'Receiving Party'). The purpose is to share proprietary education, trade secrets, and materials related to the SELAH™ Method under strict confidentiality.
2. Definition of Confidential Information Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to: all training materials, diagrams, videos, bead placement guides, vendor data, and any written or visual content associated with the SELAH™ Method. It also includes pricing, branding, and client management systems.
3. Obligations of Receiving Party The Receiving Party agrees to: (a) Maintain confidentiality of all SELAH™ Method materials; (b) Not reproduce, share, record, teach, or distribute these materials without written permission; (c) Use this information solely for certification and authorized services.
4. Duration This Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely, even after certification or completion of training.
5. Ownership All intellectual property remains the sole property of Mane Ink LLC. No ownership or license is granted under this Agreement.6. Remedies The Disclosing Party reserves the right to seek legal or injunctive relief in the event of breach, including loss of certification. I acknowledge that I will not teach, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the SELAH™ Method or its materials. I understand that any violation of this agreement may result in legal action and loss of certification status.
